Motus Kitchen and Living Room Project

In this open plan kitchen, dining and living space the customer required a kitchen that offered maximum storage, so maximum height wall units were used enabling the usually visible space above wall cabinets to provide hidden storage.         Motus Kitchen by Scavolini was used selecting contrasting units whilst still maintaining a light colour scheme: base units in Jaipur Elm decorative melamine, and wall cabinets in Seagull Grey Matt Lacquer. Motus has an integral 'J' profile handle which creates a streamlined look. Open elements were used on one side of the wall units in Jaipur Elm offering the opportunity to break up the space with decorative items on show. To create an illusion of extra width in the galley style kitchen area foxed glass mirror splashbacks were used, which also reflect light into the rest of the house. Extra White Iris ceramic worktops lighten the space but still add detail with the distinct markings. In the living area a wall storage composition has been designed to the customer's specification using the Fluida wall system with Motus doors and drawer fronts where required. The system has been built from Seagull Grey matt lacquer to tie in with the kitchen space. Save Save Save
